Normanby is a friendly suburb of east Middlesbrough in the North East of England.

Established in 1936 in nearby South Bank, we celebrated our 70th birthday in 2006. We are still a family business, now run by Walter’s son, Richard.

Our Normanby store is much larger than it looks from the front. Built as a cinema before the war, it was later converted to a dance hall. The dance floor now makes an ideal display area for our unique furniture collection.
